It's been a good first day. We departed Pioneer just after 2:00 pm and arrived at our hotel at about 10:00 pm. Aside from some snow over the grapevine, we arrived without incident. It seems as if we have one bus which is the 'quiet bus' and the other, dubbed the 'party bus.' Tomorrow will be a busy day with performances, park time and awards so it is comforting that the kids are all now fairly quiet in their rooms.
