Our final group will consist of 68 students, 7 parents, 2 teachers, Jazz Band, Symphony and 2 Royal Coach buses.  There are no cancellations at this point!

ITINERARY, subject to change-
  • Wednesday, February 22
    • 7:30 am meet at Pioneer for departure
    • 4:00 pm check in to Hotel & Dinner (included)
    • 6:00 pm depart hotel for Disneyland
    • 10:00 pm park closes, depart for hotel
  • Thursday, February 23
    • 6:30-8:30 am breakfast at hotel (included)
    • 8:30 am depart hotel for Disneyland
    • 12:00 pm- 2:30 pm workshop- Soundtrack Sessions on Disney's back lot
    • 2:30 pm back in parks
    • 5:00 dinner at hotel (included)
    • 10:00 pm park closes, depart for hotel
  • Friday, February 24
    • 6:30- 8:30 am breakfast at hotel (included)
    • 8:30 am depart hotel for Disneyland
    • 11:25 Jazz Band call for performance in California Adventure- eat lunch before now!
    • 12:25 Jazz Band performance at Hollywood Backlot stage in California Adventure
    • 12:25 Symphony call for performance in California Adventure- eat lunch before now!
    • 1:25 Symphony performance at Hollywood Backlot stage- Jazz Band watches
    • 2:00 (after Symphony performance) Jazz Band returns to park
    • 2:30 (after performance and changing) Symphony returns to park
    • Midnight park closes, depart for hotel
  • Saturday, February 25
    • 7:00- 9:00 am breakfast at hotel (included) & pack up
    • 9:30 am depart hotel for Pioneer
    • 5:00 pm arrive at Pioneer (time subject to travel conditions)
  • Inclusions-
    • Round trip ground transportation by Royal Coach
    • Hotel accommodations at the Homewood Suites
    • Disney performance and workshop for Jazz Band and Symphony
    • Disney admission, performance, workshop and group activities
    • Breakfast each morning as well as another meal or funds to purchase food each day
    • Cost- $500 per student or $325 per chaperone

Mandatory meeting for students and parents will be on Monday, February 13 from 7:30-8:30.  We will discuss final itinerary, inclusions, performance & clinic information and travel expectations.  Every student who is traveling with us must be present with at least one parent or guardian.  If you have questions about this meeting, let me know as I will have to arrange a separate time to meet with any parent or student unable to attend.
